How secure is my information?
100% SECURE! Our processors use the latest encryption technology and are
certified by Verisign or Thwarte as being a "Secured Transaction" processor.
Your e-mail address will never be sold or distributed to any 3rd party. ALL
of your information is safe with us! The only email communications you
receive will be directly from On Top Productions, Inc., via CCBill Receipt for
purchase of our video products.
Do you
give refunds?
If you have any technical problems watching the videos you purchase, we will
consider issuing you credit for you to watch the video again. Your
request will be carefully reviewed. For refund requests, contact us and we will be happy to consider your refund request.
What type of computer and connection will I need?
These clips work best with a PC using Windows ME, XP or Vista on a
broadband connection. The viewing/download time depends entirely on your computer
and connection, but generally a 10 minute clip will take anywhere from
5-10 minutes. Viewing VOD Clips are not recommended, or may not be possible
at all, for Mac or dial-up users.
NOTICE: Currently some MAC users may experience problems. We are busy working on discovering the issue and fixing it, until then if you are a MAC user and experience any problems please let us know right away! How do I Watch
the Videos I have purchased?

*You will have 2 FULL DAYS to view each scene video you purchase, 2 FULL DAYS for
Full Movies.
1. HOW DO I PAY
FOR THE VIDEO I WANT TO WATCH? To watch a video simply click
Watch Video. You will have to purchase credits or the video will not play.
You will be prompted by the video for the username and password you created
when you purchased credits. To purchase credits Click the Buy Credits link
in the left menu or Click here.
2. HOW MUCH IS
1 CREDIT WORTH? Each VOD credit is worth $1. Our scenes
vary from 5 to 6 credits and our full movies start at 30. Scenes can range
from 10 to 15 minutes in length and movies about an hour or longer.

I. Introduction
Our Customer's privacy is of utmost importance. This privacy policy discloses the
information practices for On Top Productions, Inc., in conjunction with
OnTopOnline.com, including the types of
information we gather and track, how we use that information, and with whom we
share it. The purpose of this policy is to let you know how we use your personal

"Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to

address, or telephone number. On Top Productions, Inc. only has access to the information
that you provide to us and our billing processor. For example, we cannot
determine your e-mail address unless you provide it. We cannot gain access to

On Top Productions, Inc., Inc. provides features which allow customers to communicate with
each other, such as a forum and Performer Chat Rooms. Chat transcripts and
message board postings are backed up periodically and may be retained.
ii. How we use the information
Use of these interactive features is not monitored by On Top
Productions, Inc., Inc. We do not use
information posted on interactive features except as the author presumably
intended, that is, as content on the Web site. We do not share user submitted
information with third parties, however, any information posted is visible to
other customers, and is vulnerable to being copied and/or redistributed by others.
Customers should use reasonable caution when disclosing any personally information
in any online forum. We cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a

member's own risk.
iii. Opt-out policy
Customers must opt-in (for example, by participating in a
purchase) in order for us
to collect this information. To opt-out simply email a reply to any email you
may receive from us with the word OPT-OUT in the subject and body of the email.
We will kindly remove you from any email list of ours you may be on, if you do
so.
C. Click-stream data
i. Information we collect
We also collect non-personally identifying information provided by your browser
and/or our servers, such as the name and IP address of the domain from which you
visited (if any), the amount of time you spent on each page and on the site as a
whole, and the path you followed through the site. This sort of information is
sometimes known as click-stream data. We use this information to improve our
site's performance.
