If you have any technical problems downloading your video purchase, we will
consider issuing you a credit for you to download the video again. Your
request will be carefully reviewed. For refund requests,

How do I download
the Video files I have purchased?

*Video Downloads - come in ZIP fomat and when unzipped are
WMV
files which play in Windows Media Player.
*You will have 7 days to download the files you purchase.
1. HOW TO
DOWNLOAD YOUR CLIPS: To download, do so at checkout or login to
your account by visiting any section of our store and clicking the View
Order/ Download Your Clips Button at the top left side of the store pages or
here Download your clips/check order status here. You will get to a page with
a drop down list of your orders on it click to view one of your clip orders,
the page that displays will have links for you to download your clips from.
2. HOW TO SAVE
THE CLIP FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER: If you want to save the file into
your computer simply click it and then click save or right-click the
DOWNLOAD ZIP file link, then select with your left mouse button click "Save
Target As", this will open up the save as box for you to easily save the
file. If your computer is set to have a media player associated with this
file format then by default, your computer will open the media player to
play the file for you, so if you want to save it make sure you right click
and select save as when you want to save the file!! Please email our
tech support if you have any problems.

Our Customer's privacy is of utmost importance. This privacy policy discloses the
information practices for On Top Productions, Inc., in conjunction with
OnTopOnline.com, including the types of
information we gather and track, how we use that information, and with whom we
share it. The purpose of this policy is to let you know how we use your personal
information before we collect it.

On Top Productions, Inc., Inc. provides features which allow customers to communicate with
each other, such as a forum and Performer Chat Rooms. Chat transcripts and
message board postings are backed up periodically and may be retained.
ii. How we use the information
Use of these interactive features is not monitored by On Top
Productions, Inc., Inc. We do not use
information posted on interactive features except as the author presumably
intended, that is, as content on the Web site. We do not share user submitted
information with third parties, however, any information posted is visible to
other customers, and is vulnerable to being copied and/or redistributed by others.
Customers should use reasonable caution when disclosing any personally information
in any online forum. We cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a

iii. Opt-out policy
Customers must opt-in (for example, by participating in a
purchase) in order for us
to collect this information. To opt-out simply email a reply to any email you
may receive from us with the word OPT-OUT in the subject and body of the email.
We will kindly remove you from any email list of ours you may be on, if you do
so.
C. Click-stream data
i. Information we collect
We also collect non-personally identifying information provided by your browser
and/or our servers, such as the name and IP address of the domain from which you
visited (if any), the amount of time you spent on each page and on the site as a
whole, and the path you followed through the site. This sort of information is
sometimes known as click-stream data. We use this information to improve our
site's performance.
